PACTUM uses AI tools as part of the legal work process. AI is applied to tasks such as research, structuring, drafting, and quality control of legal documents.
The full legal and professional responsibility for the work I deliver rests with PACTUM unchanged. AI is a working tool – the final product is always reviewed, assessed, and approved by me.
I use AI in a manner consistent with my duty of confidentiality under section 129 of the Danish Administration of Justice Act and the rules of professional conduct for lawyers. Confidential client information is not entered into systems that use input data for training AI models, unless you have explicitly consented to this.
The processing of personal data in connection with the use of AI tools takes place in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.
